Yoga is defined as a system of exercises for mental and physical health. It is often used for attaining bodily or mental control and over all well-being. Yoga is an enjoyable way to improve general fitness and relaxation through a combination of breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
Julian Ramkaran is a certified yoga instructor, experienced with many types of yoga including yin yoga, alignment, and flow. He has completed a 300 hour Source Yoga Instructor Training course and is always looking to learn new things about yoga.
Julian believes that yoga can be enjoyed by anybody, regardless of age or ability.
In addition to being a yoga instructor, Julian is also a massage therapy student and will be offering massages at a reduced rate.
