Shannon graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 1999 and is a long-standing member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM). She is committed to ongoing professional development, regularly completing additional training to keep her skills current. Shannon offers both deep tissue and relaxation massage and welcomes clients of all ages. Her primary goal is to help decrease pain, improve range of motion, and support clients in recovering from injuries while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
