Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy using specially designed Graston tools and techniques. The theory behind this treatment is by introducing a mild inflammatory response, it can assist in healing, re-organization and mobility of the treated tissue.
Using a controlled amount of pressure and technique, the tool is applied to invoke a mild inflammatory response. The theory is that the inflammatory response will add to, or invoke a healing process.
